Farm Manager - Growing Organic Operation

Established organic farm near Durango seeking experienced farm manager to oversee daily operations. This is a senior position requiring proven farm management experience. Responsibilities include: supervising 3-5 seasonal employees, crop planning and rotation, equipment maintenance scheduling, irrigation management, pest/disease monitoring, harvest coordination, and CSA/farmers market logistics. Must have strong organizational skills and ability to work independently. Organic farming experience strongly preferred. Compensation package includes competitive salary ($50-60K depending on experience), 3-bedroom house on property, farm share, and health insurance. Position available immediately.
