Premium 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef from our Black Angus cattle. Animals are raised entirely on pasture with no grain finishing, no antibiotics, no hormones, and no GMO feed. Processed at USDA-inspected facility with custom cutting to your specifications. Quarter beef (approximately 100-125 lbs hanging weight) includes a mix of steaks, roasts, and ground beef. Perfect for families wanting to stock their freezer with healthy, locally-raised beef. All beef is vacuum-sealed and frozen. Includes standard cuts: ribeye, sirloin, chuck roasts, ground beef, soup bones, and more. Custom cutting available. Price is per pound hanging weight, plus processing fee ($1.00/lb). Next harvest scheduled for late November. $500 deposit required to reserve.
